Time-Reversed Human Experience: Experimental Evidence and Implications Dean Radin*
Dean Radin's presentation focused on the implications of psi research on our undestanding of time. His belief is that a strong case can be made for "the future influencing the present and past in a world where linear time is superceded by the power of "information" (for lack of a better word) that pulls events to it from all directions: past, present and future."
Radin argues that, instead of thinking of PK in terms of the ability to manipulate matter, we should view the convergence between intent and outcome (such as the case of a desired meeting happening "by accident") as occurring first - with the synchronicity acting like a "powerful information nexus that pulls linear life-lines to it". Powerful synchronicity points are like gravitational singularities, warping the nature of space-time and altering the course of probabilistic events.
One interesting issue that was raised at the conclusion of his presentation was that of the time frame in which distant healing occurs - the question being whether the healing is a manipulation of the diseased organism in the present, or an influence on past choices.
